The Court is accepting applications for Mortgage Modification Mediators. Qualified applicants will serve for a total of two (2) years.

Please complete the required Verification of Qualifications to Act as a Mediator Form and file with the Clerk's Office at 230 N 1st Ave, Ste 101, Phoenix, AZ 85003 or 38 S Scott Ave, Ste 100, Tucson, AZ 85701.
