Pursuant to General Order 25-3, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona has approved technical amendments to Local Rule 2084-4 to ensure conformity with the forthcoming amendments to the Federal Rules Bankruptcy Procedure, effective December 1, 2025.  A redlined version of the amended local rule may be viewed here.
