Rule 2084-12

Confirmation of Plan After Initial Confirmation Hearing; Confirmation After Modification

a. Initial Plans.  Subject to LR 2084-13, the Court may confirm a plan after an initial confirmation hearing without further hearing if the trustee and all objecting creditors sign a stipulated order. 

b. Modified Plans.  Plan modifications filed under Code §1329 may be confirmed without hearing if proper notice is given and no objections are filed. If an objection is filed, the plan may be confirmed without hearing if the trustee and all objecting creditors sign a stipulated order.

 


Notes 2026:  Rule amended to permit confirmation of a plan following the initial confirmation hearing without the need for a further hearing where the trustee and all objecting parties execute a stipulated order.
