On July 30, 2026, Puerco Valley Fire District, a special taxing district (the “District”), filed a petition under chapter 9 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the “Bankruptcy Code”) in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona (the “Court”).  All documents filed with the Court are available for inspection via the Court’s CM/ECF system.
