Due to the ongoing situation regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus), the CM/ECF upgrade to NextGen that was to take place on June 15th has been postponed to some time later this year.  The Court is committed in providing proper training and assistance regarding NextGen and feels it is in the best interest for our stakeholders to delay the implementation process.
 
All efilers can still continue to prepare for NextGen by upgrading their PACER accounts and/or registering for a new PACER account if needed. 
 
Once a new date for implementation has been set, it will be posted on the NextGen page, along with any further updates.
