The following Bankruptcy Rules and Forms are set to be amended on December 1, 2023:

• Bankruptcy Rules 3011, 8003, 9006, and new Rule 9038.

• Bankruptcy Forms 410A, 417A, 1340

The Judicial Conference has approved inflationary adjustments to fees on the appellate, district, and bankruptcy court miscellaneous fee schedules, as well as on the Court of Federal Claims and the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation miscellaneous fee schedules pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1913, 1914, 1930, 1926, and 1932, respectively.
