LAST CALL FOR COMMENTS

On April 3, 2026, the Court published proposed amendments to the Local Rules for public comment. 

Comments, concerns, or suggested edits should be submitted in writing by May 6, 2026 to local_rules@azb.uscourts.gov. Barring substantive objections, the proposed amendments are expected to take effect on May 11, 2026

CORRECTION NOTICE: There were clerical errors in the proposed LR 2084-10 and LR 2084-11 in the originally posted documents. Corrected clean and redline versions are now available:
