Tips About Participating in an Electronically Recorded Courtroom

Ordering Transcripts

Please contact the court’s Electronic Court Recorder Operators (ECROs) to place an order for a written transcript. The ECRO will provide an estimated cost of ordering written transcript(s) and will take confirmation of the order over the phone. Once the customer confirms the order, it is deemed submitted and the customer will be obligated to pay the cost of the transcript directly to eScribers LLC.  eScribers LLC will then notify you of the exact amount and make payment arrangements. Once completed, the transcript will be emailed to the customer or other arrangements may be made with eScribers LLC for receiving the transcript. For information regarding eScribers LLC, please call 602-263-0885. If you are calling from outside of the Phoenix area, call 800-257-0885 or 602-263-0885.

Checks or Money Orders should be made payable to Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court. All requests should be made through the ECROs. In order to access the audio on the disk obtained from the court, you will need to download the free FTR Gold Player software.
