Use of New Forms Required By March 1, 2015

On December 1, 2014, new national bankruptcy forms revising the Statement of Monthly Income and the Means Test went into effect. As often schedules and other items are prepared in advance of a petition filing and to allow court users sufficient time to purchase and install updated ECF software, the court has accepted the older forms when filed. However starting on March 1, 2015 only the newer forms are to be used. If older forms are filed, the clerk's office will be sending out deficiency notices to filers and requiring the new forms.
