Notice of Redaction Responsibility - Change in Procedures Effective May 14, 2015

Effective immediately this notice provides a change in the clerk’s office procedures as it relates to redaction of personal identifiers.  The Court reminds electronic filers of the responsibility to redact sensitive information in any document filed with the Court in compliance with Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9037. Any personal information not redacted is available to the public. The following personal data identifiers should be partially redacted from all pleadings, documents and attachments: Social Security or taxpayer identification numbers; dates of birth; names of minor children; and financial account numbers. To the extent electronic filers rely on redaction by the clerk's office, please be advised effective immediately staff will no longer provide this review and the court will no longer issue notices advising of the same.
