Bankruptcy Law Section Program: "New Rules, New Opportunities"

Join guest speaker, the Honorable David G. Campbell, on February 21, 2017 for a one-hour presentation addressing the recent changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

Judge Campbell, a federal judge for the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, chaired the Advisory Committee on the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure in 2014 and 2015, and is the current Chairman of the Committee of Rules of Practice and Procedure. The presentation will discuss the specific changes that went into effect in December 2015 and December 2016, and how those changes to discovery-related rules may affect your practice. This CLE opportunity will benefit those that practice in either consumer or commercial related cases. Participants will receive one (1) hour of continuing legal education credit.
