- The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona is proud to present our new web site. We have worked hard to redesign this site and reorganize the information presented here, and hope that you find the site easier to use.
We are committed to making this a continuing process, so that this site will continue to evolve and improve. - Use of the Credit Card Security Code will become mandatory with Pay.gov on February 1, 2007. Although the security code field has been on the data entry screen and its use has been optional, it will become a required field, as an additional protection for credit card holders, effective February 1, 2007. - On September 19, 2006, the Judicial Conference approved several changes to the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule. The changes to these fees will become effective on January 1, 2007. Click here to view the new Fee Schedule.
- Filing Proof of Claim forms can now be done via fax. See the Instructions for Faxing Proof of Claims for more information.
- CM/ECF Version 3.1 Upgrade requires new statistical data for cases filed starting October 17, 2006. Download the Version 3.1 Filing Changes PDF.
- Chapter 7 & 13 Filing Fees have been increased. Effective April 9, 2006, the fee for filing a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition increases to $299 and the fee for filing a Chapter 13 bankruptcy petition increases to $274.
