Scope - Chapter 13 Rules

Local Rules 2084-1 through 2084-26 govern chapter 13 practice in cases filed after October 16, 2005.

Committee Notes 2007: The 2084 series is for cases filed after October 16, 2005. Gaps in the numbering of the rules are to allow spacing for future rules. Except for Rule 2084-26, the provisions come from GO 95.
