  • Phoenix Self Help Center: Beginning January 2011 volunteer lawyers in the Phoenix Self Help Center will be available Tuesdays from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm, and on Thursdays from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm. Phoenix volunteer lawyers are available on a first-come first-served basis.

  • Tucson Self-Help Center: On Tuesday, December 14, 2010, the Self Help Information Center at the Walsh Courthouse in Tucson, will close at 11:00. Self Help information and forms are available on this website by clicking on "Forms and Publications", "Debtor Help" and "Creditor Help".

  • Batch Claims Upload Now Available: The Claims Upload feature is now available for batch claim filers. Batch claim filers may apply for a limited access login and password to the Court's CM/ECF system for Arizona. With this access, you will be able to file between 1 and 25 claims at a time, and receive Notices of Electronic Filing (NEF) for successful transactions, or error messages for transactions that fail. Claims must be transmitted in .ZIP folders, and must include XML data to support automatic docketing of claims information, PDF versions of the forms (B10 Proof of Claim and the new B210 Transfer of Claim) and any supporting documentation in PDF format. One objective is to support an automated, labor-saving process for both creditors and the Court.

To receive more information and review documentation on the electronic filing of bankruptcy claims in a .ZIP format, go to http://www.pacer.gov/cmecf/developer/ and select "Electronic Filing of Bankruptcy Claims Process Document (PDF)." If you are not a current CM/ECF user and need a login and password to the Court's CM/ECF system for Arizona, go to http://www.azb.uscourts.gov/default.aspx?PID=85 and complete the registration form.
