Effective January 1, 2005, Pacer Internet access fees increase from seven cents per page to eight cents per page. The 30 page cap on case-related documents and reports (including transcripts) will remain in effect; however, the maximum cost will be $2.40.

The fee increase applies to all electronic public access systems (CM/ECF, PACER, RACER, etc.)
